POTATOES: ROASTED NEW POTATOES WITH LEMON AND ROSEMARY

Potatoes: Roasted new potatoes with lemon and rosemary

1.5g (3lb) small new potatoes, sliced lengthways
2 lemons sliced lengthways into quarters
Small bunch rosemary
Olive oil
1 bulb garlic, separated into cloves, skin on

1. Put the potatoes, lemons, rosemary and olive oil in a bowl, season well and mix thoroughly. Tip into a roasting tin and put in an oven heated to 190°C (gas mark 5). Roast for about an hour. After half an hour thrown in the garlic, mix well and turn the potatoes. The lemons will caramelise as they cook and the garlic will be soft and sweet.
