PUDDING: SIMPLE STRAWBERRY ICE

Pudding: Simple strawberry ice

400g (13oz) strawberries
125g (4oz) caster sugar
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1. Hull (ie remove the green stems from) the strawberries and halve them. Freeze them overnight.
2. Transfer the frozen fruit, caster sugar and lime juice into the bowl of a food processor. Allow the fruit to soften slightly, then process the mixture until it's smooth. Add a little extra lime juice if needed.
